Today was day 21 in my exercise challenge!
It actually went by surprisingly quick.
And it wasn't even very hard.
Mostly, I am just proud of myself for following through.
Pretty sure my legs have been tight and tired and sore since day one.
But I love how I feel!
It's true, after 21 days of consecutive exercise, you really DO feel tons of results, and you really do start to crave it!
But don't take my word for it....see for yourself!
