Garrett left for work early this morning, we won't see him for 9 days. That feels like fooooorever.
We're sure going to miss that guy.
Last night he 'called' getting to read to Rae before bedtime. This is the stack of books he read. Some were read two, three, and four times. Story time went on forever, and it was the best.
After stalling all we could, we put Rae in her crib and said our prayers. I gave her a kiss and turned off the light on my way out. G was in there for another 15 or 20 minutes making her squeal and giggle. I can always tell when he's the one to put her to bed because in the morning her crib is full of stuffed animals, books, and toys.
Raegan is a lucky girl to have the daddy she has. And I am a lucky girl to have the husband I have. He makes us the luckiest girls in the world.
We're counting down the days until he gets to party in Idaho with us!
